Mint Credit Cards

Credit Cards are a fact of life these days. In fact over my last few years of golfing I have used a credit card every time I have paid for a round (too often my "friends" forget their wallet).

Mint credit cards are a credit card based in the UK and have some attractive features that make them better than many of the other run of the mill credit cards available. Mint credit cards feature:

  • 14.9% APR (Variable)
  • 24 Hour Customer Service (very important for a credit card!)
  • Use it to shop online securely
  • Up to 56 days interest free

There are also some attractive introductory offers for signing up for a mint credit card, which you only receive if you sign up soon. These include:
  • No interest on balance transfers for 13 months! (0% on balance transfers (2.5% fee) until
  • 1 January 2009)
  • 0% on purchases until 1st June 2008

Bonus Offer: 0% until 1st September 2009 on balance transfers debited to your account during March 2009.

These features look attractive and certainly have my current card beaten hands down, but it still makes sense to read the product disclosure statement thoroughly before choosing any credit card.
